I used Centric parts all the way around. Purchased from Rock Auto.
Rears are pretty straightforward. Just be careful about the lines going into the wheel cylinders. One of mine had a bad fitting and I ended up buying an entire new hard line for somewhere around $50. If this happens to you, the other option could be to cut the flare and put a new fitting on and then reflare it. I don't have a flare tool so I just bought the line. Not a guarantee that this will happen to you, just be prepared for the possibility from a 21 year old vehicle
The fronts on a 99 are a different story. Jeep changed the wheel hub midway thru production of the 99's so you need to be sure to measure the ring on the hub so you pick the right rotors. If you are going to replace calipers, just buy re-manufactured ones. I was going to rebuild them and ended up buying crown pistons. The boxes were right but the pistons in the boxes were wrong. Was actually cheaper to just buy loaded calipers from Advance Auto with a lifetime warranty.
