My 98 jeep tj 2.5L is making a tapping sound from the transmission it only stops making that sound when the clutch is pressed on and starts doing it when clutch is out. I can drive it and everything shift gears as well but I can feel almost every tap on my shifter and on the clutch petal when trying to release it to start moving. I recently changed the fluid in it because it was all worn and was kind of milky since water had gotten in there. I put some redline mt-90 and my third gear synchro was almost out as well had to double clutch it to shift into third. Any ideas what the issue can be? Already replaced the clutch twice as well as the pilot bearing and flywheel.
