What have I done????

I sold Blue to a couple of really nice thirty somethings this afternoon. My TJ is gone. They'll take good care of him.

First time in several decades, I don't have a Jeep of any flavor.

I think, I think I'll go eat worms and die! (or go buy another lever gun...)

@Chris Delete this man's profile ASAP. He no longer belongs. Thank you.

Next Thursday, the blushing bride and I are hooking up the Airstream and going rouge. Can't take it with me, so Blue needed to find a new home.

The guys that bought him seem pretty chill. It's a project for them. They have buddies that offroad, wives and kids who like to camp.

I pointed them at the forum, and told them everything they needed to know was here.

Sucks you got rid of it, but it sounds like it went to good people, and now you get to start that next chapter of your life.

I'll warn you though, Jeeps are addicting and you might find one in your future. ;) My first vehicle was an XJ, I have owned 3 of them. The last one I sold in 2018, and at the time had owned BMWs as daily drivers. I was down to just one BMW sedan as a daily and no other vehicles, thought maybe in the distant future I'd own a Jeep but not right away. I lasted a year before I bought my TJ, and now own a Grand Cherokee as a daily.

I know. I've been through a lot of XJ's and one TJ. I'll probably pick up a 2003 - 4 Rubicon manual, slap H&R springs under it, a winch on it, 31x10.50 16" equivalents for shoes, and call it good.

New to me Rossi R92. Apparently the State Police still like me.

For anyone into Pendleton wool blankets, that's a 150th Oregon anniversary blanket. Ferns and a Mt. Hood reflection on one half, Mt. Hood and Trillium on the other. Pretty cool. Came with a letter signed by the Governor's wife.
