Have any of you out there mounted your arb compressor inside your cab? I see alot of mounts for newer models but cant find anything for the TJ/LJ. And yes I know under the hood for most but after the LS swap kind of running out of space.

Thanks for the help.

I can't answer your specific question but an ARB compressor is pretty obnoxiously noisy to have in the cab. Do you currently have one? They ain't quiet.

My ARB twin is in the rear cargo bed bolted to the outside of the tool box. It isn't terribly loud while I am squatting next to a tire.

I've seen a few folks mount them on the interior and like g.hayduke said, they can be annoyingly loud. I've seen some newer Jeeps running them in enclosures on the inside of the tailgate, but everyone I know doing that only uses the compressors for filling tires and other activities where people won't be inside the Jeep.

Which ARB are you using, the twin or a single?

I first mounted my twin compressor to the Tuffy InstaTrunk and it was annoyingly loud. I went with the MORE under hood mount and couldn't be happier.
