I have forced many into the barrels . I just look to the right as if I'm trying to move over and wait to hear my tires stripe their car !

I've also watched semi's split lanes and stack the lanes and slow down so no one could jet past the open lane traffic.
On our way to the Rubicon a couple years ago some woman was blocking traffic like that. Mrs App was driving my truck pulling the trailer and Jeep in the Black Hills, just outside of Sturgis. She used the shoulder/median to go around. I laughed at the lady as we went by, she didn't look happy.
I could tell you a story about riding a SuperMoto bike around Lake of the Woods (with a 1 gallon, full gas can in a backpack) like a hooligan that may have included some crazy gravel shoulder passing of some Victory engineers on the latest (at the time) lead sled at 60 MPH, but then I'd have to kill you...

I have no problem with that. I've got beside one and used it to pace traffic beats the hell out of moving 4ft and stopping, moving 4 ft and stopping. most of them once they see what your doing will just creep along with you. It mostly happens when coming up on a lane closure with everybody that CAN'T READ running right up to where the barrels start because their time is worth more than yours ! THEY IS MORE IMPOTENT THAN YOU ARE !

The problem is people who speed up to try to pass as many people as they can and try to force their way into where someone else already waited their turn and used the "now FAILED" zipper merge technique.
Personal experience:
I have traveled I-90 in Montana many times through their construction zones and when traffic is at higher volumes. There is plenty of room for people to merge before the forced merge so they maintain their current speed and do so well in advance without ever dropping their speed. Then some fucking self emportant asshole speeds up 10 to 20 mph faster to pass everyone they possibly can, then everyone they passed has to slam on their brakes when asshole forces their way over into the open lane!
people here don't understand the concept of just driving!
If people zipper merged then the asshole can't be an asshole.
