This was the dump on the base I was on in Iraq. The No Dumping sign just made it funnier.

Sand storm... Sucked to try and drive in. Googles and scarf required when caught in one. And you had sand everywhere and places you didn't know it could get into.
Hummv that got hit by a IED
Looking at this you'd never know it was a war zone.
This was home for the first 3 months we were there.
Sand bags were there to protect you if a rocket or bomb landed next to the tent while you were sleeping.
