Maybe not quite a meme but sure cracked me up - my dipshit neighbor always drives his CRV like an absolute maniac through the neighborhood. Like, my dog will flip out cos he can hear it up and over the hill, blocks away. He only does this for dump trucks, the UPS/Fedex truck, and this dude's CRV screamin' up the hill.

Well, looks like he took it a bit far yesterday nailed this tree turning onto our street. Hopefully he learnt his lesson
