I know this may come off as stupid BUT what is this part called?

Does it possibly have an o ring or seal of some sorts I can replace? I just finished my rear main seal and oil pan gasket. Just noticed this spot was leaking too.
It is possible for them to leak from where it mates to the block if the gasket/ seal is damaged. The replacement seal is $2.00.The part number is J3181288 that a Mopar part number. Im pretty sure its the same gasket for all 4.0 engines, regardless If its a OPDA or a distributor. If you are unfamiliar with the OPDA, what it does and how to properly remove it, you need to do a little reading. If improperly re installed the timing will be off and the jeep will not run, or run poorly. Its not a hard job its just a little tedious.
Dude your awesome for that part number! And I've never done it before. I am very thorough in researching a repair before I attempt to even get my hands on it. I might just take it to the shop if I feel it will be too much of a pain in the driveway.
2nd question to this post if I may. But can this part cause a strange whirrr noise while having my foot lightly on the gas pedal while coasting? I'm gonna be under this jeep all day tomorrow doing the brakes and installing new adjustable lower control arms.
