Another reason to hate modern vehicles; your car is spying on you

Wonder if my 2024 tractor sells my data. It has Bluetooth speakers so you can brush cut, plow, and dig a deep hole all while jamming out to your favorite tunes. Hope they don’t catch me speeding down the pumpkin patch 🤣

That would be a cool rig. Easy to work on, reliable as hell, and plenty of space.

When I lived in Florida and before kids I listened to maybe too much Alex Jones and got really big into prepper stuff and remember reading that the Diesel 6.2L and 6.5L engines that GM put in Suburbans and some of the old military trucks could run on a variety of diesel-like fuels: used motor oil (filtered and thinned), ATF, biodiesel, and even kerosene or jet fuel in a pinch.

They also have very simple fuel systems — no complex electronics, all mechanical, in theory EMP proof (in theory) and can run on on scrounged fuel in a disaster scenario.

Not to mention, they look cool AF.

Yep, that’s what I need to swap in my K10. The 396 stroker though is a lot of fun. That truck really gets up and goes.

Funny you noticed that! That was there when we moved in. Eventually when I redo this shop I’ll take care of it. First I need to pour a concrete floor.

was looking to see if you were ordering LMC. (JET boxes) my sons 96 F250 needs bumpers. that’s been. our source for the cap corners and other odd bits.

What kind of illegal bullshit are you guys doing that you need to worry about Big Brother finding out about? They can track the hell out of me, but they would be bored to death.

None of their damn business, either way. The "I've got nothing to hide" argument holds no water. None. Of. Their. Damn. Business.

Love it Chris ! Thanks ! Of course a gearhead like myself need to " see under the bonnet " . I like this K-10 about 10X better than your Mustang or Camaro.
I'm sure it wasn't inexpensive , but it's way better than a new 1/2 ton or diesel 3/4 ton in my opinion .

I’ll take some better photos tomorrow.

I like it better than both of them as well. It’s a great truck, easy to work on, and very well taken care of. It actually wasn’t too bad price wise. Especially considering how much work the previous owner did to it. He did every single thing I would have done to it so it was like buying a vehicle that someone had already built exactly the way I wanted.

It sure does drive different than my F150. It’s unruly as hell with all that horsepower. Sounds really good though with the big block, long tube headers, and full exhaust. Hard to beat the sound of a nice big block.
