Package that was "apparently left in a safe place" according to delivery driver when we complained so sent them the CCTV footage for an apology

I just ordered 16 quarts of oil along with a few other things. 4 of the items shipped, one was already delivered to my house, and the seller of the oil actually cancelled without notification and the only description was "something wrong with buyers address". Huh? Its the same address as its been for years and the other items have already shipped with one being delivered
