Amazon awesomeness

So, nope. Who is arguing whether or not the drivers are Amazon employees? I had one of their contractors claim to leave a package that was never left. Amazon took care of it.

Try again.
Replacing a package than never showed up is different than getting Amazon to control the actions of a contracted delivery driver.

Ok, good for you. You had a company that contractors deliver for, replace a package.

And your point is exactly?

Have you dealt with 3rd party contractors before?

Again, just because Amazon took care of you doesn’t mean the contractor was disciplined or even talked to about their service.

Try again.

They aren't different. They both concern customer service.
You're missing the part where Amazon dose not directly control a contract delivery driver, therefore they can not directly control how the contract delivery service handles the delivery. As long as the package arrives in a timely manner and is undamaged Amazon won't do a thing about how it's being delivered.

I'm sure their contact reads "do whatever the fuck you want with regards to our customers".

And you know this because?

Again, package delivered. End of contract. Damage? Sure. Not delivered? Sure.

Wait. That’s not what happened here.

Try again.

He got his package. It was undamaged.

He is pissed because they lied on the hand off?

Umm. Reading is not hard here.

Try….again? I’m not sure what else to say at this point.

You keep telling yourself that.

I'm in the delivery business as a contractor. I don't contract with Amazon directly, but I do with the USPS, UPS, and FedEx, who all do contract with Amazon and the delivery methods are NOT dictated by Amazon once they are dropped off at the individual contract carriers. If a signature is not required packages can be left on porches, by mail boxes, in secure lock boxes, with neighbors etc... The list goes on unless specified by the whoever sends the package, it is also up to the carrier's discretion to determine if a suitably safe place to leave the package is available or not, if not a note is supposed to be left instead, notifying the expectant recipient of their options of redelivery or where to pick up the package.

Fuck off, bitch. You don't get it.

Love you too. 😂

Yep. Ignore the people who deal with this in person like Red did above, you dig the hole and went to personal attacks. It’s all good. Bitch. 😂😎

😆 I went to personal attacks? You're special ... in a short bus and helmet kind of way.

Nope, done with your dumb ass. You don’t get it.

Make up your mind, Timmy. Done or not done? 🤪
