Well since UPS USPS are the primary means of delivery for Amazon, it oculd have potentially been one of those two. Just a clarification before I continued with my statement really but thanks for your attempt at being snide.
I don't know and don't care what color the truck was that the driver was in. I don't make my purchases using that criteria.

What I find hilarious and extremely sad is this is just about their "specialist" not being able to read a chat transcript that is clearly in English and firing off his first greeting in Spanish and how that little nugget of hilarity has turned into something fully fucking stupid.

Sold and owner operated. So, Nope. Yes Amazon can and will fuck with them but I know people who own those businesses and it’s not “Amazon” proper.

Last FedEx package the guy put the package on the sidewalk and snapped a photo then handed it to me in the driveway. I didn't really understand the point. Verification they took it out of the truck or something? It's too bad there really isn't any way to communicate anything to anybody that matters anymore. You'd almost rather they have some automated survey, "package wasn't where it was supposed to be dropped." yep check that box. A million more and somebody will look into it in 2028 when we they revise the software.

We have a package theft issue in the area. I require high levels of accuracy from the driver as to what they do with packages. Got one this evening where the delivery notice said the package was handed directly to a resident. It wasn't, it was set by the front door. I contacted the bot who ran through some stuff before handing me off to a live Indian. Live Indian had some problem understanding that I was just bitching about the how and nothing else. Package is fine, parts are what I need, it's all good except lying about how it was handed off.

Mohit says he has to get a specialist involved. Below is what happened next before I gave up.

I had to talk to FedEx customer service yesterday reg an old bill on my personal account. Trying to reach an agent through the automated IVRS was pure hell. It's really designed to frustrate a person till they give up and let go.

So, nope. Who is arguing whether or not the drivers are Amazon employees? I had one of their contractors claim to leave a package that was never left. Amazon took care of it.
