Unfortunately my Jeep needs quite a few parts at the same time, so I can't splurge on tires. The Jeep is my daily, but my commute is short. My area is mostly dry and rocky, but there is the occasional bit of mud. Snow and ice are not a concern. I am currently running Cooper STT Pros and have been satisfied with them. I'm looking for a 33x10.5r15, but 33x12.5r15 is also acceptable.
I'm still deciding if I want an MT or AT, but so far I'm leaning towards the Cooper Evolution MTs. Does anybody here have experience with them? From what I've read they seem to be pretty similar to my STT Pros, but with a couple of cost cutting measures in the compound/siping/side lugs.
- Cooper STT Pro at $277/tire
- Cooper Evolution MT at $202/tire
- General Grabber X3 at $266/tire - 33x10.5r15 available.
- General Grabber at A/TX $243/tire
- Falken MT01 at $277/tire
- Falken A/T3W at $232/tire
