No way. I'm going to figure it out. IF the V8 thing happens, it won't be happening for several months at least.
He’ll have put 1150 total miles on the Jeep by then! :jump:

That title makes sense...sorry for the shop issues. I really thought you had this one nailed.
1) If they have a big parking lot full of Jeeps
I'll hazard a guess that we won't be seeing him around here anytime soon. That's unfortunate.
Well, at least on the bright side you get to drive your jeep while you wait for Savvy goodness. The V8/trany swap may very well solve a lot of the vibe issue if it is truly a result of your 42rle OD.
I have been fortunate enough to have a wife who is usually the one reminding me that I don't do any of these things, so it's fine with her if I spend money on my toys. I usually feel guilty when I'm spending money on myself, and she hates that I'm that way. I feel blessed that she has that kind of attitude about it all. That's pretty much my go to line for my wife as well.
She always gets made about the Jeep hobby, and I always tell her, "How can you even complain? I don't cheat on you, I don't gamble, I'm not an alcoholic, I have zero shady friends, I don't do drugs... etc."
I'm right though! I pay the bills, we're never behind on anything, and I think that while my hobby is expensive, it's also harmless.

I'm sure a real solution can be had, just a matter of time, effort, and research! Thankfully @psrivats has put in some solid work to figuring this out. It's great what the hive-mind can help solveI hope some of these theories work out. Honestly, if we could solve this vibration issue, I'd probably just keep my 4.0 and put a supercharger on it instead. The vibrations just drive me mad... I don't know how some people live with them!
Thank goodness for Chris Sines, that's all I can say! That guy knows how to run a business.

Unpopular opinion, what if your guys vibes issues aren’t linked? You have it back in your possession now, I’d try some steps and see what you can do starting from the basics. It could be something simple in your case and you haven’t really had a chance to investigate.
It's just that no one (until now) has put much effort into researching it or actually solving it.
