I am not getting power to my high and low freon cutoff switches. I am getting power to the fuses and relay. I have swapped out the relay with a known good one. I opened up the dashboard to check the controller for . melted wires and found none. My fan switch works in all four positions.

With the key forward and the AC fan and control in the off position I have power on the large green wire in the middle of the connection on the right. Once I turn the blend switch to any position I loose power on that large green wire.

How can I jump the wiring to manually run my air conditioning?

How do I check if I am getting power into or out of my PCM?

Does anyone have a direction to look in the control panel.

Check out the resources section for the FSMs... factory service manuals... section 8e will hythe wiring diagrams to assist you in answering your questions.

Hi thanks for the suggestion, but I already checked the wiring schematics.

My problem is one step above the manual, because the manual will tell me where the power is and my question is where does the power go when i turn the blend switch on.

This would be a normal reading. The green wire is a ground wire, it provides the ground side of the blower circuit. With the ignition switch on and the mode switch off you will see a back feed on the green wire coming from the blower motor which is energized through the blower motor relay whenever the key is on. Once you switch into a mode, the circuit completes, the blower starts up and the potential to ground on the green wire returns to zero.
