Hi everyone, I know there's tons of threads of AC problems but I can't seem to find one to answer my questions. I hope you guys can help me. I've put 3000 miles on my Jeep tj since I bought it, and it's always only blown on the high setting, I know it is the blower motor resistor and had been meaning to change it, but recently I tried to turn on my AC and it didn't turn on (no air blown) until after about 20 seconds, then it ran full blast like it should for about 15 seconds then stopped blowing again and didn't turn back on, since then the AC or heat have not been able to blow at all, I am wondering if this is because of the blower motor resistor or if it is a separate issue? Sorry if my post is too long... This is my first vehicle and I get worried when anything happens to her lol..any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Your confusing two different issues.

The blower motor not working could be the resister, but could just be the fan switch itself.

The heat or a/c coming on are separate from the fan coming on.

The blower fan switch is on Amazon and easy to change.. Cheap too... I would start there.
