04 Jeep LJ clock Spring - Horn

The horn is not working and the airbag light is on. I believe the clockspring is dead and will need to be replaced.

I want to wire a temporary horn button. I know I can tape into the red and yellow wire on the clockspring connect to make it work, but I wanted to use the cruise control button instead but cant find where those 2 wires go on the other side.
Do we know where they go?

Have you looked in the FSM?
