Anyone have more info on what happened on Wheeler Lake Trail? I saw pictures that someone had filled in part of the v-notch and cut a huge path in the trail further up. Apparently the USFS is investigating and it was not done on their behalf.

At least its moving under its own power! How'd the drive home go?

Maybe you could isolate from the Molex connector and make a temporary harness that goes to your LED. Do a ground, park, and turn and then test function before cutting anything else apart.

I studied the diagrams to no avail. It wasn't until I pulled the loom off it made more sense as to how the corner light was hooked into the turn/park lamp. Are you only running the one LED? You are wanting it to function as both a corner lamp and your turn?

The factory splices were all in the signal/corner light harness.

Sorry those pictures are so huge! I am assuming you could do the same thing with the three wire LED and cut the harness to isolate the floating ground from the park and turn wires. Once I pulled the loom off my harness I could see how they were wired together. I back probed everything and...

I just went through this with my build. As Chris said, the floating ground starts getting all wonky with led lights. I didn't want a funky turn signal, corner light alternating dance, so I cut the light harness apart to isolate them from each other. The green wire (major) is your + turn...

I have a good friend that runs his own general automotive shop and is very reasonable. Only down side is he is about 45 minutes east of Golden.

My rear CORE44 production cover does not have a side plug. Based on your rear axle comment about the pinion angle, I would add the factory recommended fill capacity. The weep hole is probably below the axle tube because of the angle.

Remove the weep hole plug and fill to there. Both the front and rear G2 covers should have these.
