Got an issue with my Jeep TJ. It will crank but not start. I replaced crank and cam sensors. I checked the asd and fuel pump relays. I also checked the socket terminals for power where the relays plug in. Constant power terminal checks out good on both sockets....but when I turn the switch on to check power in the terminal sockets for the relays... one relay socket shows no power. Could this be a bad pcm? Any help would be appreciated.

(These are 4.0L prints. I'm just assuming that's what you've got) With the key on, you should only be showing power on 2 of the 4 terminals on both the ASD and Fuel Pump Relays (attached). If you're only showing power on one of the 3, you need to check your fuses. I'd also want to check my control

You've proven your start circuit works as advertised. Now you're down to either a fuel, ignition, or possibly any sensor that uses 5v reference. Your crank and cam sensors are only two that utilize it (IAT, TPS, MAP, etc.) Once you've verified the fuses are operational, you kind of get into "a million ways to skin this cat" territory.

If it were me I'd first pull any codes. If I didn't have access to my scanner, I'd pull the pressure line to the fuel rail OR depress the schrader valve (depending on year) and crank it to verify whether or not you're getting fuel. If it wasn't, I'd jump the fuel pump relay to be damn sure it was a pump. I'd also want to verify that I am getting 12 volts at the pump and had good ground before I blindly changed it out.

Let me know how it goes.
