Decided to keep my Jeep yet what would be required to lower it some more just springs and shocks or shorter control arms also not sure here? Wanna lower it like 2 more inches.
Springs, shocks, looks like a long arm setup, so new mounts and factory arms, probably a change in bump stops, possible change in front sway bar link lengths, maybe a shorter rear drive shaft, depending on what it has now.

Many here know more than me on this subject, but I think the long arm setup requires a certain amount of lift for clearance, you can't just use different length "long arms".
This is a case where going a little higher is easier than going lower, if you have things like a long arm that mandates a certain amount of lift, it's not simple to go back down. If you still had short arms, factory or not, it would be much easier.
Step one might be to figure out the minimum amount of bump stop required by the suspension. From there, figure out the minimum lift height, body clearance, tire size and shock lengths that will achieve 4" of up travel.

Go to the manufacturer of the long arm you have... it that RE? and compare it to a kit 2" shorter.
Rubicon Express will likely tell you exactly what you need if it is RE.
They sell parts individually too but it might be cheaper to just swap systems and sell what you have.

It had a 6” on it I changed out springs shocks and bump stops but only dropped it maybe an inch so far running 33’s now but still plenty of room to drop it 2 more inches I’d say

not really sure new to this stuff just going based on wheel well room. Got a back problem now would like to make it easier to get in to. Is all I know it would be cheaper to sell it and buy a different one but I like this one. Lol

Your obstacle that needs to be understood is the long arm setup. While I'm not immediately familiar with yours, I can tell you that mine could only go so low before the travel and ground clearance is reduced to the point where it becomes a real problem. At the risk of comparing peaches to plums, mine is pretty well trapped into being above a certain height.
