Novak Conversions Jeep Wrangler TJ radiator

What did you do to your TJ today?

How do you like them? Was thinking of ordering some in the future.

Well I only installed them today so not much time in them but they fit well and were comfortable on short drive to dinner. And I really like the molle system. Added my First aid kit and a couple other bags I had from the crappy Smitty built cover i had previously.

Big performance upgrades after work today.

Shorty 13" antenna and a Jack Skellington shifter ball.

Yesterday I stopped at a mechanic to see how much it would cost to get the rear main seal done and I left unimpressed. The owner was saying they need to pull the engine to do the job and it's a one piece seal and quoted at least $1,000. So I looked at the thread posted on the forum and neither of those seems true. Looks like I'll be looking for another opinion.

I am receiving my clamp tite tool today, so I will be replacing my leaky radiator hose clamps...they running the jeep around to temp, draining and refilling the anti-freeze to FINALLY finish up the project I started last weekend!

How to remove bolts from your Midwestern owned Jeep.

1) Coat the bolts liberally with PB Blaster.
2) Find something else to do while you let the PB Blaster work its magic.
3) Break the bolt.
4) Repeat. View attachment 61362

Been there...I especially like the broken extension!

Body mounted Mopar LJ sliders from “Rubicon 3” installed this am. Took longer to wash the side of the Jeep than it did to install em. Came brand new in box as promised. Glad I pulled the trigger on them.

I like those. If the dude had some TJ versions I may not have been able to hold back :D

In my 69 Jeep that had some pretty decent rust (mostly in the tub), the best agent for getting them loose we found was Kroil. I’m not sure if we tried PB Blaster or how it compares, but may be another one worth trying out. Granted the Midwest rust is no joke, so maybe there’s no other option than breaking off heads.

Cant stand that quality manufacturers are going to China for manufacturing.

Some of Warn’s products have gone to crap because of it. But I guess most consumers lack attention to detail and don't notice or care, hence why it continues to be a trend.

My brother picked up an American Made Warn snatch block the other day under $50 which was a pretty rare find. They have since moved manufacturing to China under a new part number.
