The more I look at the mounts and perches,it really doesn’t look stock.maybe a one owner rubicon guy will post some pics of his?
I tried everything, even try to push the sping inward after setting the spring in. without the weight of the jeep of course.

Just curious, did you try to rotate the spring around the bump stop (keeping the spring end in the notch)? It doesn't appear to be centered on the perch.
These are my 4 inch RockJock springs installed, all the front end is stock.

Are they straight when they are off the Jeep? I’ve been following this a couple days, just haven’t said anything. Trying to figure it out,yea your spring is straight. I'm trying to get an exchange from rock jock. hopefully everything go's well.
No idea what is going on. I suppose it is possible to get matching bad springs since it isn't impossible. The odds of that are very low, even lower that this is the first set, or only set and then to get a pair is just bizarre. Worse, if it was a spring related issue due to being incorrectly wound, the fact that the spring perches are 180 out from each other would point to them bowing different directions, not both outward. So again, no idea or even any idea where to start trying to figure it out.Maybe @mrblaine can shed some light on this.

Is that unsprung like on a lift??

Yeah, I had the frame on tall stands and let the axle drop to put new springs in. But you can see the spring perches and hardware clearly.
