It will tighten itself.Hopefully got the fan clutch nut tight enough.

The PO installed a York compressor for on board air which is great. Moves stuff around and eliminated the belt tensioner.
Just an FYI, Danarch - I installed the ORO York kit on my 2005 LJ, and it had a spot on the new bracket to mount the tensioner:

Are you 100% sure there's no way to adjust belt tension, even manually? Belt lengths vary due to production tolerances, so it would be very odd not to have some way to adjust it with your setup.
I believe the Kilby bracket has two bolts you turn to move the entire York to tension the belt, but I couldn't find a picture. I remembered that @Wildman had posted some pictures of how his JeepSpeed York bracket adjusted belt tension in, I think, a similar fashion. I "borrowed" the picture below from his build thread (I added the circle to show you where it adjusts):I’ll have to take another look but didn’t see one. Seems odd to me too. My mounting bracket doesn’t look like that. They simple have a single bolt through the bracket to hold pulley.
Seems odd to me, but not seeing an option to adjust the tension.

Maybe that's how yours works?

Got version 1.0 of my dash bar welded, painted, and installed along with ram mount. Go pro mount eventually maybe. Happy ish with how it came out but I want to try and make it simpler and no welding required if possible.

Hey, that looks like the same color as my ‘98 was. I say was as after 25 years the AZ sun has blistered the hood.
My original underhood mat was slowly deteriorating so I replaced it.
I used Under Hood Thermal Acoustic Liner from Design Engineering. (I'd asked for some, and received it, over Christmas.)
Basic steps: popped off the old hangers, removed the old mat, made a template for where I wanted coverage, traced template to liner, cut, test fit, installed.

Gunmetal blue is a beautiful colour…. Although I may be a bit biased lol
I still ride past mine a few times a week. Pretty much just like I sold it back in 2011 except it hasn't moved in the past 10 years, and the guy who has it won't respond to my request to buy it back.
I've only sold one of my Jeeps locally, so I wouldn't have to see them again and regret it. The one I sold locally looks like it hasn't been washed since I sold it (8 years ago). The guy loves it and drives it daily though.![]()
