I installed my genright front fenders a little while ago and I am just now getting to wiring the turn signals and side marker lights. I can’t find any instructions for the lights. On my Jeep I have these wires going to the current signal/marker/fogs on the passenger side with some of the wires splitting to different lights:

Here are the wires for the new signals and markers:

I have no idea what goes where. Thanks in advance!

The simplicity of it will elude you.

It gets a little confusing but remember you do not need anything except the turn signal leads - tuck the original marker leads away or delete.

Basically the signal from the original turn signal feeds the turn signal and the running light that is loomed with it splits and goes to the marker and the ground is common.

If you do a little bit of looking you can get some good three-quarter inch three wire turn signals that will do both jobs and give you more visibility, or eliminate the under fender option if you choose.

Love my Genrights.

OK, everything is wired up just like the pictures you sent. That’s exactly what I needed. Thank you. The only problem I have is that the turn signals flash fast I bought what I thought was the correct flasher relay EP26. Is that not the correct one for a 2000?

Brother I’m not 1000% sure- See if you can get a Novita LM 470 I think thats the one- Some O’Reillys will stock one of them behind the counter.

No worries, you got me this far and I can’t thank you enough. For now they flash and I’m legal. That’s good enough. I’ll figure out the flasher later.

Cool, I am almost positive it is the LM 470

I thought the LM 470 was for 01 and up and EP26 was 00 and fown

It could be that you got a bad relay or that you have a midyear change with your flasher unit and you’ll need a 470

That kind of thing is not as common with TJ’s but back in the CJ era there was no telling what brand /year parts were behind your dash

I’m also trying to think where your rear turn signals come in to the picture

I remember nearly going nuts until I got my mind around it. It kept backfeeding.

I just couldn’t let go of trying to use the oem side marker lead for the marker.

@AndyG actually called and walked me through this. I was in melt down mode! It's amazing how something so simple can be so frustrating. See this question come up in other groups a lot too
