All in all not too bad.. To save myself a ton more work because of the B&M shifter tower hitting the tunnel (taller than stock) and extra exhaust work, I am about 1.25" from being flat underneath. Also went from 2.5" lift springs to 3" and added the savvy cable shifter. Already had a 1" MML and a 1.25 BL. I made the x-member and purchased the poly mounts on amazon.

Question: At what point am I needing adjustable trac bars?

I can tell you that my rear is tapping the fuel tank mount, I had to order the JKS angled rear mount, I currently have the straight riser mount.

IF your axles are not centered, then adjustable track bars need to be installed.

I need to look into the JKS angled mount. My rear track bar is barely hitting the corner of the aftermarket gas tank skid plate.
