Looking for a colorful TJ

Hello everyone, I am back on the market. Max budget 15k with a 4.0 and ideally automatic. Gunmetal blue is the dream color. Yes, this is a ploy to get my girlfriend into it.

I can handle reasonable repair work but fab is out of my skillset so as little rust as possible...

I live in LA but willing to travel or to pay for shipping. If I cannot see it myself I will ask for an inspection with a mobile mechanic.

Shoot me what you have!

I would highly suggest setting up saved searches with email notifications on craigslist, offerup and facebook marketplace. Not sure you can do that on facebook. But set CL and offerup to max distance. With all the other parameters you're looking for. Offerup you may have to check throughout the day. Their saved search does not always work that well.

I'm doing the same for a 2012 JK Unlimited at the moment. If you don't have saved searches set or are not looking in a daily basis. You will miss out. Good deals and goid vehicles sell fast.

I am not sure if this is Gunmetal Blue or not. It’s been on the market for a while (probably due to price). I never stopped at looked at it as I wanted a LJ. Roseville is up by Sacramento

Yes I know the above well above 15K. Here is another one a lot lower. It’s a manual though.

This is gunmetal blue. I think the official color is gunmetal pearl.

Yep! Mine is gunmetal pearl, which I assume is what you’re talking about. Paint code is pq7 if that helps.

Ok.. I actually went and checked out the SD turquoise one. 4WD does not engage, there are zip ties holding the electrical going to transfer case. Suspensions need replacement, rust on wheel hubs & bearings.

He owns a junk yard and basically pulled the jeep out, did RMS repair and is trying to flip it.

Do you guys think it's worth the 5k in repair? Or better to wait for a clean one at 15k?
