Hey guys this is my first time ever trying to post something on here so I apologize if I’m not putting it on the right place…. Long story short A/C is blowing fresh air but that’s it. A/C compressor clutch activates for about 2-3 seconds then deactivates for about another 6 second then activates again and continues this cycle non stop. I’ve checked my relay and my fuses underneath the hood. The blend door actuator was recently replaced and working properly. The accumulator has been replaced along with the sensor that goes on top of it and the other AC sensor on the actual ac line. Freon is at the level its supposed to be at of 1.25 lbs after professional vacuum and leak detection test and passed. the heater core and ac condenser we’re replaced at the same time about 7 months ago so I can’t imagine there be a clog in the system. I don’t know if this matters but the lines coming from my compressor are freezing when the ac is supposed to be on. My next step is replacing the A/C compressor itself but I always figured once it goes out that clutch isn’t supposed to activate at all which in my case it is still activating momentarily. If anyone has any input worth trying I’d greatly appreciate it thank you!

How long ago was all the AC stuff replaced?
Is it possible it leaked down freon from a bad connection?
Short cycling could also be a defective pressure switch.

Warm air, freezing lines and compressor cycling indicate it's low on refrigerant. You have a leak somewhere. Put the gauges on it and see what the pressures are.

Condenser replaced about 7 months ago and the a/c drier with the two pressure sensors replaced about 4 days ago thanks for replying !

A/c service was done 4 days ago when I replaced the drier and two pressure sensors the service was done on a snap on

PolarTek® Plus A/ C Machine which ran a leak detection test for about 20 minutes

Amount of Freon inserted was 1.25 thanks for replying !

Take it to someone that knows A/C ! Don't replace anything else till someone who knows puts a set of gauges on it and watches it run ! You either have a leak , restriction or electric circuit problems.
Don't replace anything else till someone that knows what there doing looks at it.

If your happy with the system being tight then add additional refrigerant, I find their suggested weight commonly isn't enough. Use the pressure/temperature chart in the FSM with gauges to bring it up to spec, that's what it's for.
