I probably can not add anything useful. You are limited by your bumper unless you move the tire back. That will cause stress. Some bumpers may have cutouts that allow you to run lower - but then you will still be limited by your receiver (if you intend to use it.
Now for 2 joke answers - if you raise your front seats, you will get better visibility. Likewise, if you put on a body lift, the bumper will be that much lower - abet that is only slightly more useful that using smaller tires.
