You're not crazy, I have the same impression when i lube mine. Which MCs did you install? Is this a bushing replacement for the forged JJ end?

I had a similar experience last summer but worse. On the freeway at speed with the AC on max, the odb reading was 239F and only dropped to 228-231 in town. I did the whole cooling system refresh and temps are 202-215 now regardless of what speed I'm moving and the AC usage...

that was 3" springs w/ 1.25" body lift. I might have had small .5" spacers on the springs too, I can't recall.
