We have a package theft issue in the area. I require high levels of accuracy from the driver as to what they do with packages. Got one this evening where the delivery notice said the package was handed directly to a resident. It wasn't, it was set by the front door. I contacted the bot who ran through some stuff before handing me off to a live Indian. Live Indian had some problem understanding that I was just bitching about the how and nothing else. Package is fine, parts are what I need, it's all good except lying about how it was handed off.

Mohit says he has to get a specialist involved. Below is what happened next before I gave up.

It is my wind down time in the evening. If I choose to spend it making sure that a company I spend thousands of dollars a year with understands the importance of not lying to me, how is that a waste of time? I can fuck with them or put up with fucktards like you. Sometimes I do both.

A couple of years ago, the notice said it was delivered to a secure location. The delivery picture showed it out stacked around the base of the rural mailbox next to the street. We had a nice little chat with a live person over that one and they have been spot on until this evening.

Hell, we have our lady leave most packages at the post due to her limited space and we order a LOT of stuff and big items.


We understand and deal with it being rural. It’s part of the life and she’s awesome. Not her fault she makes $19 bucks a hour and has to supply her own rig. I feel bad when she has oversized stuff and tried to get them here. No worries.


Amazon sucks. It’s a huge corporate that cares nothing about service.

Oh, don't ever worry about me getting something handled. I'm just cruising this evening killing time before dessert. I've never not once not been able to bend them to my will and if I can't, then I don't use them.

I'm just guessing but this is Amazon drivers you're dealing with this time? Not USPS or UPS?
If they're contract drivers you pretty much have to deal with them Amazon likely wont do shit about them. If they're Amazon delivery Employees at least they have a boss you can talk to, IF you can find a direct number for them.

If they're contract drivers you pretty much have to deal with them Amazon likely wont do shit about them. If they're Amazon delivery Employees at least they have a boss you can talk to, IF you can find a direct number for them.

And those are private contractors /owner/operator setups so….yeah.

Well since UPS USPS are the primary means of delivery for Amazon, it could have potentially been one of those two. Just a clarification before I continued with my statement really but thanks for your attempt at being snide.
