@starkey480 , @Alex01 , and @Daryl doing “The Wall” on Steel Bender. I was already up. They helped me find the line. If you have a front locker you can grab that rock at the top with your driver tire. Rear locker is probably also required.

It's great unless you forget to push in the clutch when you want to stop.
You know what it's like to wheel with an np231 and a manual. It still amazes me every time I get it into a tough spot.
I thought it was interesting to watch the difference in climbing speed with the guys who have 4:1 vs the to one. I notice it when I'm wheeling with my buddies too...its just SO much more control. @Alex01 that atlas is just sick...
I know this is for @Alex01 , but I told someone I learned something on Steel Bender. That’s what I learned. Standing on the brakes and it just keeps going. I’ve said this about lockers, TT, regearing, and hand throttle. It’s also true of a 4:1 or better. Best mod ever!

Nice job. We saw a bunch of Broncos doing that and every one of them had a tire in the air. The Broncos sit really high. Yours made it look easy.
Most of the Broncos I saw had horrible flex. We watched them for a couple hours on Chewy hill.
That's a memory I'm trying to supress...
The video I posted of doing Hells Gate I went low low using the Rubicrawler so I was about 7.4:1. That’s the only time that gearing has seemed to work for me.
I also tried it on Chewy hill and felt it’s just too low.
I imagine it could get too low. I like it coming off ledges where you’re likely going to slap the rear bumper
I drive an LJ I hit my rear bumper on everything. It’s to the point I need to remedy that problem.
The Broncos we saw at “Extreme Ledge” had tons of money poured into them, yet they were winching up the line to the side. Claimed they were “playing it safe.”
