Is it possible that this jeep was in an accident? A hard enough hit to the wheel/axle could bend the track bar bracket, I would check this before buying a adjustable track bar. My jeep had this exact problem.
Hence why I said check the motor mounts too. I wouldn't rule out for it to still move a little even if the MM aren't broken. If they're severely worn I could see it doing this. You are correct about the exhaust mount. However, wouldn't at least one of the engine mounts have to be broken so the whole thing could pivot over?
Is it OK to take bets on this forum?I think we wait until the OP post up a bunch of pics so we can get a better look.

Oh man, it’s tough starting out on a new forum...I’m betting he just needed 20 posts
Frame looks fine tho. Nothing strange lookingSomething isn't right. The t/c looks to be pushed to the drivers side. The rear output on the t/c should basically be centered between the 4 trans mount bolts. My bet is it took a shot in the front and crumpled the right side frame rail.
I don't think its an 8.8, because they used a flanged yoke. Unless someone changed it to a 1310 yoke.
The other possibility is that it was dropped off a cliff at one point.
Toss it on an alignment rack and post up the measurements.
