Or you could say that you had a roll in the hay..... ;)

Well I don't know if it qualifies as DOING SOMETHING to my TJ but I went down to the Portland area and pickup my new hood for my TJ. Came across a used Duraflex heat reduction hood for a good price so I decided I'd give one a shot.

You guys are awesome. I'm planning to bleed my brakes soon. I'll have to check the backspacing then. If I'm going to get a matching spare, I'll go for the same backspacing so I could put it in rotation.
The Amazon link above shows "polished", which I guess means chrome or similar. It shows "polished aluminum", which is what I'd guess mine are, as unavailable. But with this info I'll be able to find another source to get the right finish.

Replaced the headlights last night. I first replaced just one light to compare against stock. The amount of light (lumens?) from one new light is way greater, maybe 50%, over an area about 10x larger than stock. The stock flood lights are now useless with the LED headlights on.
I'll replace the trim rings when I do another night drive to see if I want to adjust anything.

got all the new u joints in the axles and driveshafts. the cardan joint was hella easy, neighbor states both his mechanics refuse to do them for his pickup. it took me about 5 minutes with no issue.
tuesday night all four wheels should be back on the ground once i pick up them axle tube dust covers from the dealership after work.

still waiting on tasca parts to ship my order... tasca is super slow, i don't intend on using tasca for anything anymore. Im waiting on the clutch pivot arm retainer spring to begin my clutch rebuild next.

Went playing at the local ORV park last weekend and decided not to disconnect the swaybar links as it's not really necessary for the majority of the park. My tj, on the other hand, had a different idea and somewhere I lost the hitch pin and the grommet on the driver's side. First clue was a couple of bang crunches from up front. Got out and discovered this.

So this weekend I returned metal parts back to where they belong.

That concludes my first wheelin damage.
