Think this axle will fit under a TJ?

Haha! No way. If I was going to do axles I'd probably do Currie RockJock 44s or 60s.
I don't even think you could fit that axle if you tried, it's massive. Wonder what it is... A Dana 100? :risas3:
It confuses me when people do custom suspension work and they build a 4 link with a track bar. You went through all that work why not do a triangulated 4 link and ditch the track bar.
Could it be a 3 link rear with a track bar? There is a good reason to do that on both ends. The track bar, especially as seen on that axle raises the roll center of the vehicle and will reduce body roll through suspension geometry. A triangulated 4 link doesn't do that.
I had to look it up since you mentioned it. Looks like the aam 11.5/11.8. Came along after my time, sure is a big sucker.
It was huge in person. But I suppose when you have a full size Cummins truck that’s used to tow massive loads, you’re going to need a beefy rear axle.

What year Dodge Ram? My 1997 CTD has a D80 rear and Dana 60 front. I think the third gens started with the AAM axles. My buddy’s ‘06 has a 9.25 front and 11.5 rear. With the right lift, anything will fit. I’ll be putting those under my Jeep soon actually (when I get the money saved).

Wow! I'd never have a need for that. That axle is meant for running 40" tires or even larger, haha.

There are several questions I have about the design choices they made.
I don't know or care much about the full size truck world, but isn't all the pretty turquoise stuff a bolt on long arm kit? I see a lot of fasteners and noisy massiveness that doesn't seem to be necessary.

Never mind not using this method did some research just tell you to roll your windows up on a hot day and my cars been at least 140 degrees like it says it had to be at all day
