Air Vent Replacement

Good Morning - I’m having trouble finding the part to replace the pictured item. The PO removed these air vent bodies from driver and passenger side of the dash, but broke them both in doing so. I seem to only be able to find the air vents themselves that go inside. Anyone know of the correct term for these, or have a part number that I could use to order? Thanks

Do you have access to a 3d printer?

I found this easily, and I bet the housing can be found as well.
