TJ hasn't been driven in a couple of weeks due to a dead battery. Took it out for about 4 miles today and then it did this in my driveway. Front of the car, level with the pumpkin, but it's towards the middle. Very thin viscosity.

I would bet it is the water pump. When mine started leaking it did something similar, dripped down the front of the engine and onto the differential.
Edit: by the grime on the timing cover it looks like your front crank seal is leaking pretty good. Could be that seal has finally completely failed, or maybe your harmonic balancer is failing too and making the seal worse, as the balancer rubber looks cracked as well.
