Hey y’all . Happy New year to ya.

So Savvy triple rate coil springs vs RockJock double rate coil springs, is there a noticeable difference, is there an advantage to one or the other ?
savvy only has 4&1/2” lift and 3&1/2” …… for the TJ. I’ve always ran a 4”. Those Savvy coils sure look different.

Thanks

You can ignore any marketing surrounding double, triple, quardupal rates. None of that matters.

I dont know what Savvy is doing these days since the reorganization and bad redesigns. However, if the Savvy coils result in the ride height and free length without coil bind interference required for your outboard project, then there would be no reason to avoid them. The same is true with any TJ coils.

I just haven’t looked at Savvy in a while and while looking at them made me start to think , ha.

There’s basically 2 Savvy’s now. The new owners use Rock Krawler springs and include a drop pitman arm and some weird looking track bar bracket. The OG Savvy is the original designs using Currie components. They operate as separate companies.

The problem is that most of the OG products are not the original designs.

Suspension wise I think they are. I don’t think they’re producing any of the armor and bumpers except for the tummy tuck and I’m not sure if that’s original designs or not. All the fenders and other stuff are not on the OG Savvy site, those are on the new owner’s side.

Wow , what a cluster_
