cam tabs on from LCA axle mount purpose?

i just put in new control arms and when doing the fronts i noticed the lower control arms had adjustments on the axle for some alignment purpose but when i pulled them the cam washer wasn’t offset like ive come to know from other cars. i found no way to adjust anything and am more so curious what im missing. thanks

You are missing eccentric washers.

If either your upper or lower control arms are adjustable, this is what I did.

I tack welded them in as well.

You have concentric washers
