Ordered the Barnes no body lift skidplate. When they get the engine skid in i will order it.

Now I could be like @macleanflood and tell y'all some half baked story about my wife getting in the safe and taking my stash and getting a tattoo.



But that ain't how it went down at all.

I manned up and did it behind her back and she will never have a clue.......... I hope.........

You do realize that your new " job " in retirement isn't ordering Jeep parts , while your wife is at work . You better get her some Weathertech floor liners for her car ....

she beat me to that, she ordered color matched with JEEP on them.

Another rustic solution, my tailgate table:

And the best thing - I made all that from leftovers of my kitchen reno

I wasn't really happy with my (too rustic) solution. the wooden support was in the way each time I opened the tailgate.
My first idea was to get a card table stay but these things are flimsy af. So I made one myself today:

Made from a 6x50mm aluminium flat bar that I cut in half.
