Where do I go from here with my suspension?

Absolutely

You need to come to terms with what problems you are trying to solve with an added inch of shock travel on either end. You also need to come to terms with how much interest you have in shock tuning. One of these is a very rewarding reason to do an outboard that you will enjoy on every single drive to the grocery store.

I've blown up three sets of Black Max shocks. Mostly my fault...bolts getting loose or not setting up bump stops correctly.

After my Rubicon Trail trip I decided it was time to outboard. Really it should be the last thing you do to your Jeep. You've installed adjustable control arms. Body lift, tummy tuck, SYE and new driveshafts. Alignment is perfect. You've got to provide the weight of your Jeep to the shock tuner...so again... you've got to be mostly done with mods.

And here's my experience with outboarding...not necessary meant as instructional but how I muddled through the process mostly guided by @mrblaine and @hosejockey instructions, advice and videos.

Definitely want more shock/tire travel without busting my shocks or having to use a long bump stops.

Are you busting your shocks now? Do your shocks currently use long bump stops while also allowing 5" up, 5" down?

This is coming to terms with what you are trying to do.

No .
1. Before I changed my shocks out was when I busted one of them with to short of bum stops or bent shock rods due to shock mount not being in the right place.

2. New shocks not at 50/50 yet. But soon will be. And bump stops will work just fine with them. Still need to move shock mounts. Not putting anything to the test until shock mounts are moved.

Outboarding requires that you have the shocks in hand in order to figure out where the new mounts need to go in order to define the travel bias. Any and all bump stop work occurs after the shock mounts are built and the shocks are installed. At this point far into the process, you will no longer care specifically how long or short they are. Only that they are an appropriate length to make the jounces do their job of helping slow down the shock piston travel speed as the shock reaches full compression.

Thanks !!
