I don’t even know what a “finished” knuckle is. LOL! I ordered his 17” BBK and it comes with new knuckles. Are you saying I don’t need the tapered insert with the new knuckles?

I also ordered raised sway bar brackets and hoping to install all this soon. I better get out of Basket’s thread and get on my own.

A finished knuckle would be one that is drilled out and has the insert tig welded in. Since you ordered the bbk maybe he'll swap it out for a reverse drilled one. I seem to remember him offering that as well.

If it doesn’t come reverse drilled I’ll just do it. It only takes 20 minutes to drill out and weld in a tapered insert. I’ve done it before. I just don’t know some of the terms like “finished knuckle” or “reverse drilled,” so I have to look them up.

I meant that it’s more expensive and time consuming to send the knuckle back just to have it drilled out and not need the tapered insert than it is to drill it out myself and weld in an insert. You can assign anything you want. You have the right to imputation. It doesn’t make your imputation valid though.

Yeah that's how I justify it in my head, I'd do it inside anyways this just keeps his fluff out my drains it's so dumb. I see people washing their RVs so I don't care all that much.
