Random photos: Got anything interesting, unique, strange?

I don't get everyone's upset feelings about this...

Push the button on the left for fresh socks — this time of year we all step in snow, cold rain soak on our shoes, etc. I think a fresh set of socks is a great health idea - avoid chilled feet and trench foot.

Push button on the right - free paint brush. We're all going to be stuck inside for the winter - you know you'll be working on winter projects.

How does this not below in a Men's room where only men go?

I suspect a focus group pissed away a fair bit of time and budget deciding on the pictograms to use for this device. I submit the above post as evidence to suggest they may have failed remarkably in their task. :geek:

Bangle, as it is supposed to be:

Bangle as I noticed it late in the evening:

Sometime during the show, the little dingle/dangle/whatever had come off and disappeared. Without much hope, I let our hostess know about it. Much to my utter surprise, it was found and I was able to re-attach it to the bangle when I got home. But I didn't know where I had lost it or where it was found...

Framegrab from a video I just received today, the dingle can clearly be seen flying off of me!

I was third up in the 2nd half of the show, there were about 8 or 9 dancers after me. I was amazed that the thing hadn't been stepped on and ruined, but once my wife saw the above picture, she told me that she saw "Kira pick something up from stage left and toss it over towards the MC when Kira and Heather were dancing." Stuff flies off of dancers all the time, its an occupational hazard - nothing like a nice big stud earring in the middle of the stage with its spike sticking straight up, or a shattered glass bugle bead embedding itself into your foot! I'm still amazed that it didn't get stepped on - Heather and Kira were around #7 in the 2nd half.

It all ended well, with yet another dance "war story" out of the deal. Oh, and for those keeping score at home, I was wearing my "Cake Towers" pants for this performance! ;)

I'm glad you were able to recover from your dangle falling off.

Not exactly that unusual but I've always liked buses and diesel pusher motorhomes. saw this American Eagle on I-10 yesterday, these cost over a million new and it looks new. Hauling a cargo trailer and appeared to be traveling with a red Corvette. They were in the left lane pushing hard and passing everyone. We were doing 79 (no, not in the TJ) and they blew by us. Livin the dream.
