2003 TJ whistle noise when accelerating and when HVAC on

My 03 TJ started getting an annoying whistle when accelerating and HVAC on... let off the gas is disappears give it gas and she whistles away also while heat or ac is on. I recently replaced the HVAC control panel and on the back side has a connector with a ton of color coded lines. Sounds like a vacuum leak not sure where to start looking any solutions or should I drive if off a cliff.lol

Does the throttle change the sound?

Time for a smoke test. One possibility may be leaking seals on your throttle body.

indeed sure its a tiny vacuum leak somewhere just odd it really kicks up in noise when you turn on the HVAC.

The HVAC system is vacuum actuated

Does the sound change with throttle position? There’sa good reason I ask

A real long shot. What top does your jeep have soft or hardtop? We have a 1999TJ with a newer hardtop. It does not have any pressure reliefs. Among other things when we turn on the AC or Heat, there are odd noises we hear. The noises are air escaping from seams and joints. Sounds like a vacuum leak?
