Acceleration Whistle

My 98 Tj has got a whistle upon acceleration, its usually about right when you hit the gas. I've looked everywhere for a while for any kind of a vacuum leak or something in the intake and have never found anything. I've tightened up everything with no results. My rig does have a throttle body spacer, would that cause the whistle? is that just a side affect of having one of those? I'm assuming the whistle doesn't affect anything besides just making me annoyed sometimes.

Sounds like an exhaust leak. You might try tightening your exhaust manifold bolts to see if that makes the whistle go away.
