Because I probably have a few screws loose, I've thought more than once about doing this to mine, minus the rally light pod. The lift kit price is a bit eye watering compared to a TJ lift kit though. Last I looked it was between $15k-$20k.
Camaro's , Chevelle's

Those Camaros and Chevelles felt fast until a real Mustang showed up.

The Roadrunners with an RB were actually fast. Did anybody actually have one at your school?

And how many Boss 302's were at your high school ? 383 Road Runners and 396 Chevelles were common at mine. Most of the Camaro's were 350's
My buddy had a 440 Magnum GTX with a 4 spd. and 4.10 Dana -60 . It was almost as fast as the kid in my little brother's class that had a 70 LS-6 Chevelle .
9" drum brakes on a GTX are NOT a great idea.
Comparing a R-5 to a LeCar is like comparing Bill Clinton's 6 banger Mustang to a GT 500 KR.

That is ridiculous. What all is involved, and how much of that is just "Porsche" tax?
Pretty sure you're legally required to paint it in Rothmans livery if you go that route...

The Boxter never did much for me, but I do like the Cayman.

Being the weirdo of the group, I'll admit that if'n I was looking at a newer Porsche, I'd go for this. It's even in the right color!

Pappy had an Audi. I thought it was cool but he always complained that it spent more time in the shop than at his house.

Nope, it's too late for apologies, he's already crying in his tiny car.
That pretty much sums up all modern trucks. When was the last time you seen a '90s truck parked next to it's modern bloated equivalent? Hell, even something like a Civic looks bloated compared to its 30 year old counterpart.
Porsche "Clown Shoe"?
