Best door check straps?

Based on the quality of all the other Bartact stuff, I'm expecting them to hold up well. Adjustable and definitely affordable.

I won't say I was particularly impressed with them when I got them, but I went with a set of the Bartact straps and so far they're holding up. I'm not big on the adjustability but had to use it as I found them to be a bit too long relative to the factory straps. 🤞

For now I'm still avoiding parking up next to the guy with the Lambo at the pub...just in case...

I bought some and wasn't impressed at all. They don't overlap the material in the middle (leaving it one layer) which causes the strap to stretch excessively. The Rugged Ridge on the other hand were absolute garbage. Stitching popped in a light breeze.

Although, I've also made my own webbing style:

For those who make their own, here' a simple jig I made. It speeds up the process and ensures that the lengths are the same. It's also adjustable for length if you're making straps for other purposes.

I brought a set of white ones and saddle ones, that were made to the same spec as my original ones. Now of course they are all paracord.
