I’m not sure I’m qualified to be considered a trail guide! If I’m available the decided dates it wouldn’t take much to talk me into showing up.
Sand Hollow bound! Not much has changed on the jeep, looking forward to some wheeling!
All shined up and ready to wheel! One of my favorite yellow LJ's on here.
Sunny is my second favorite yellow LJ on here...

It was a quick trip to Sand Hollow. Drove through the night to wheel Friday and Saturday, then headed home late Saturday night.
Ran 3 trails I’ve never done before: Plan B, Landslide, and Death Row. All were great! Plenty of challenging obstacles on all of them. Death Row was my favorite this trip. Definitely one I wouldn’t mind doing again.
We ran Plan B with a guided group. It was lead by Larry McRae in his LJ “Daddy Long Leg.” That rig is one of my favorites, fun to see in person.
The jeep did good! I am getting a lot of poping sounds. This past summer I went through and greased the joints and torqued the suspension bolts hoping to quiet some noises but not much changed. The sounds are higher pitched pops and sound like they are coming from the wheels. I have torqued them recently, but I plan on tearing them down to check for anything out of the ordinary.

Looks boring - maybe try some better trails next time for a run-down...
Beautiful Jeep - Pics give it majesty on how it hit the trails.Sounds like you have a few small projects - but the big stuff is done and looks great and seems to operate the same.
As long as there’s no SNAP and CRACKLE to go along with that POP!!

Have you done Pritchett? Is that comparable to yellow hill.
This is noticeably steeper and more technical than Yellow Hill.
What WB are you sitting at? Your TJ climb it any different than the LJ? Sounds like you both had a great time!

I never had tire slippage on Yellow Hill. That climb is crazy steep.
