Something about the reflection of the hood caught my attention and that lead to a string of sky line pics...
These 2 came out the clearest.

Took these as I was leaving this morning. Sounded like something wanted to eat me as I walked out the door.

Are those birds or owls?
I took this a few days ago. Went outside around sunset and heard screeching. Looked up and saw this owl on top of my neighbors house. It was talking to another owl that was on my hillside (that pic didn't come out well). Glad to see them around. There were bats flying around a tree for my other neighbor. They haven't been around the last few days. So not sure if the owls scared them off or ate a few of them.
Pretty sure I heard the same owl this morning when I was getting up.
Still not the best pic with max zoom on my cell phone.

Apparently so. It's getting late in the day to learn something new, but here we are!
Not a photo but watching this never gets old
NASCAR is just not the same without Dale intimidating everyone on the track.
They fly at night. Are they bats?
Two owls. Bared owls is what I’ve been told.
I was running one dark, early morning a few years ago. Out of nowhere I got hit in the head, hard enough that I thought a tree limb fell on me. Nope, I got attacked by a barred owl. That bastard was mean and wanted a fight as a ran off. The next morning I carried pepper spray in case he came back for round 2. He did want another fight, and that was the most anxious time I ever used pepper spray.
