Plenty of articulation with this setup.

This is the setup I'm looking at going for. I have the same gearing. How does it feel with the 32's. I'm unsure whether to go 31's or 32's. Love to hear your experience. I have the 4l auto 2005

It was better with the 31s to be sure, but I get around fine. Just a tad less get-up and go then I had before when taking off or trying to climb a hill on the freeway fully loaded with gear and the A/C on. Honestly that is where I notice it most. Climbing a big hill and trying to keep up my speed can be annoying when I have to keep forcing it to down-shift with the gas pedal. With 31s it was no where near as bad. I have been told the torque converter used in the 2002 automatic and earlier is a bit more forgiving than the newer models so your experience my be a bit different, but I don't have any direct experience with anything else so 🤷‍♂️. Not enough of an issue for me to spend the money to re-gear yet though.

Edit to add: Off-road it is perfectly fine. I don't have any issues with trails. 4 low and it climbs everything I need it to.

I have experienced this too. My 2006 had 33's put on by the PO. And is optioned with 3.73's. Seems fine enough around town, goes up in 4LO fine. But on the highway up hill or any pass if it drops into 4th gear when I'm going 60 uphill it immediately loses power and I have to get it to downshift.

Likely bumping up to 4.88's

I'd go with 5.13 with that auto.
