No spacers.
15x8.5" w/ 4.75" backspacing on that wheel if I recall.

Thanks for your prompt reply man! I’m trying to go with the same set up. Did you need also upgrade your adjustable control arms/ adjustable rear-front brackets?

All of that shit came with the lift.
I had it installed at my local 4WheelParts.
